Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive with a background in medical or healthcare sales who can convert leads into consultations and treatment packages. The role involves handling patient inquiries, explaining medical services, coordinating with doctors, and ensuring high conversion of leads into confirmed cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to healthcare services.

  • Convert leads into consultations and treatment bookings.

  • Explain medical procedures, assessments, therapy packages, and treatment plans to potential patients.

  • Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and clinical teams to schedule appointments.

  • Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective patients to improve conversion rates.

  • Address patient queries and provide clear guidance on treatment processes.

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to manage lead pipelines.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Required Skills

  • Experience in medical sales, hospital sales, diagnostic sales, or healthcare inside sales.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to handle patient queries empathetically.

  • Good knowledge of healthcare services or medical terminology.

  • Experience working with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.

  • Strong follow-up and conversion skills.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field.

  • Prior experience in hospital / clinic / healthcare sales preferred.
