We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional for Contract Staffing (C2C) with strong communication skills and proven client-handling abilities.

Job Location: Jaipur

Joining: Immediate / Urgent requirement

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads for C2C/Contract staffing services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
• Follow up on leads and close business opportunities
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline data

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer relationship management
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills
• Understanding of C2C / US staffing lifecycle

Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales (Contract Staffing preferred)
