Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and energetic recent MBA graduates to join our Inside Sales team. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in expanding our US staffing and workforce management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential companies that require US staffing and workforce management solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and prospects through market research, LinkedIn, databases, and outreach campaigns.
  • Initiate contact with decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Schedule introductory meetings and discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM system.
  • Understand client hiring needs and align them with Staffworxs’ service offerings.
  • Support sales campaigns and contribute to pipeline development.
  • Track outreach metrics and provide regular updates on lead generation activities.

  • Required Qualifications
  • MBA (Marketing, HR, or Business Development) – Recent graduates preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in sales, business development, or recruitment industry.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales or staffing industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools.
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities.
