The variable salary is unlocked on achieving predefined monthly targets, with higher payouts for exceeding targets, along with additional incentives and performance bonuses. Key performance indicators include call productivity, follow-up discipline, lead-to-sale conversion, revenue achievement, and CRM compliance. Salary growth, role continuity, and career progression are directly tied to consistent target achievement, performance quality, and adherence to sales SOPs.
