Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Injection Molding Operator based in Ambala. The Injection Molding Operator will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, overseeing production processes, inspecting product quality, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to quality control standards. The role also involves carrying out preventive maintenance and ensuring smooth operation to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Injection Molding techniques
• Experience in Quality Control and inspection processes
• Knowledge of Injections and basic production workflows
• Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance of machinery
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
