Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Machine Operation: Starting up and running machines, monitoring cycle times, temperature, and pressures.
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for defects (e.g., flash, short shots) and comparing them to quality standards.
• Production Monitoring: Tracking production counts and logging data, ensuring steady output.
• Part Processing: Removing parts from the mold, trimming, degating, and packing for shipment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning the machine area, keeping tools organized, and reporting maintenance needs to technicians.
• Safety: Adhering to safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring the mold chamber is clear. YouTube +4

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of plastic materials, molding, and PLC controllers is required.
• Experience: 1+ years in injection molding
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts (e.g., 8–12 hours) and perform repetitive tasks.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve basic production issues or defects.
