Accurate Legal Billing, Inc. (ALB) is looking for ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to drive adoption of our SaaS platforms and services across the legal industry. Role Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with law firms, understanding their unique business challenges, and demonstrating how ALB products can optimize operations, improve billing efficiency, and increase firm revenue. You will play a critical client-facing role, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Pipeline Development : Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research. Identify and engage potential clients, including attorneys, billing managers, and firm decision-makers.
  • Discovery & Product Knowledge : Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements, pain points, and business goals. Develop deep expertise in ALB’s SaaS solutions to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Customer Engagement & Presentations : Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations that address client needs and highlight ROI. Answer client queries and position solutions in line with business outcomes.
  • Negotiation & Closing : Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Finalize terms and contracts while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Relationship Management : Build, strengthen, and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders at small, mid sized, and large law firms. Foster client loyalty and identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
  • Collaboration & Onboarding : Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, smooth implementation, and post-sale support.
  • Sales Performance & Reporting : Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance quotas. Track opportunities, manage sales activities, forecast revenue, and prepare reports on market trends and client interactions.
  • Market & Industry Awareness : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market shifts to effectively position ALB solutions

  • Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in B2B or SaaS solution sales (legal industry experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in consultative selling and creating tailored business cases for clients.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, lead generation, and building a sales pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong time management skills.
