We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure operations and ensure reliable service delivery across multiple technology towers.

This role is ideal for professionals who have progressed through core infrastructure or operations roles and now lead service delivery within enterprise infrastructure environments, combining technical expertise with operational leadership.

Core Experience & Skills Required-

• Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure service towers, including Data Center Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure, VMware / Virtualization Platforms, Enterprise Storage & Backup, and Workplace / End-User Technology Services


• Strong background in IT Infrastructure Operations within managed services or large enterprise environments


• Experience with financial oversight including Budgeting and P&L awareness


• working knowledge of ITSM practices aligned with ITIL frameworks.


• Exposure to service delivery governance, operational performance management, and SLA-driven environments


• Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure environments.
