The Role

You will be the backbone of our digital operations—supporting traders, clients, and internal staff. This isn't just "desk support"; it’s about managing the critical infrastructure that powers high-volume equity and derivatives trading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mission-Critical Support: Deliver L1 & L2 support for trading platforms and terminals.
• System Uptime: Monitor servers and networks to prevent trade execution failures or connectivity lags.
• Compliance & Security: Maintain hardware and cybersecurity protocols aligned with SEBI and RBI guidelines.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with service providers for procurement, licenses, and cloud services.
• Incident Management: Use ITSM tools to document and escalate issues during peak trading hours.
What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Edge: Proficiency in Windows/Linux and networking (TCP/IP, Firewalls).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with trading terminals and SEBI IT regulations.
• Pressure Ready: Ability to solve complex problems instantly during market hours.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in CS, IT, or a related field.
