Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Developer: Developers are expected to interpret the functional requirements and specifications of regional or global ongoing projects. Under the guidance of senior team members, developers contribute to build the systems that drive businesses either localized or components of larger systems. They develop codebase conforming to coding standards and validate by unit testing.
• Quality Analyst: Quality Analysts perform the important role of gatekeepers between the development and production systems. They validate the new functionality and regress the existing. Quality Analysts focus on their area in Test Management, Test Analyses, or Technical Test Analyses.
• Support Analyst: The duties of Support Analysts can be broken into four distinct categories:prevention; correction; adaptation; and perfection. Prevention relies on ensuring that hardware changes or additional modules do not interrupt an application’s function. Correction is the continual monitoring and fixing of issues that arise, included patches and bug fixes. Adaptation is the modification of applications to comply with new standards and new systems, and perfection is the improvement of the application/infrastructure to enhance performance or reliability.
• Infrastructure Engineer: Infrastructure Engineers are responsible for the planning, installation, and functioning of hardware and infrastructure. Infrastructure Engineers use impact and root cause analysis to solve technical issues. This involves going through the business and systems workflow
to identify potential problem areas. They also help identify system fixes that can help prevent reoccurrence of the issue and improve performance.
