Hi I'm looking for a detail-oriented research assistant to help build a list of social media creators for partnership outreach.
You will be researching Instagram and TikTok creators and compiling them into a spreadsheet.

What I'm looking for

Creators who:

• Have 100K–300K followers
• Post content related to beauty, glow-ups, skincare, fitness, lifestyle, or self-improvement (motivational style)
• Have strong engagement (active comments from followers)
• Have an email in their bio or contact information available
Your task

Find and add creators to a spreadsheet with the following fields:

• Creator Name
• Instagram or TikTok Handle
• Profile Link
• Follower Count
• Niche (beauty, fitness, lifestyle, etc.)

Engagement notes (ex:
lots of comments, audience asking questions)

• Email or contact information (if available)
Where to find creators

You may search using:

• Instagram Reels
• TikTok search
• Hashtags
• Creator discovery tools if you have access

Examples of search topics:

• glow up routines
• skincare routines
• fitness transformations
• self improvement routines
Deliverable
A Google Sheet with 50–100 qualified creators.

Ideal candidate

• Familiar with Instagram and TikTok creators
• Good at online research
• Detail oriented
• Able to identify engaged audiences

Bonus (not required)
Experience with influencer research or influencer marketing.

Contract duration of less than 1 month.
