Role Overview

The Sales Executive – Influencer Pricing will be responsible for managing influencer commercials, negotiating costs, and securing the best possible pricing for campaigns. The role requires strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and the ability to build long-term relationships with influencers, managers, and talent agencies. This position works closely with the Planning, Strategy, and Campaign Management teams to ensure campaigns are executed within budget while maximizing value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Cost Negotiation & Pricing

- Negotiate commercial terms with influencers, creator managers, and talent agencies to secure the most competitive rates.
- Ensure influencer costs align with campaign budgets and client expectations.
- Evaluate influencer pricing based on market benchmarks, audience reach, engagement rates, and campaign deliverables.
- Work towards achieving cost efficiency while maintaining influencer satisfaction and collaboration.

Influencer Procurement & Deal Closure

- Block and confirm influencers for campaigns once pricing and deliverables are finalized.
- Manage rate cards, deal terms, and contract discussions with influencers and agencies.
- Ensure timely confirmation of creators to avoid delays in campaign execution.

Market Research & Pricing Intelligence

- Track influencer market rates across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Maintain updated pricing benchmarks across categories like macro, micro, and nano influencers.
- Analyze previous campaign pricing data to optimize future negotiations.

Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencer managers, talent agencies, and independent creators.
- Develop a strong network within the creator ecosystem to enable faster negotiations and deal closures.
- Ensure smooth communication between influencers and internal teams.

Internal Collaboration

- Work closely with the Planning and Strategy team to finalize influencer selections based on brand objectives and budgets.
- Coordinate with the Campaign Management team to ensure pricing commitments and deliverables are clearly communicated.
- Support the Revenue team by providing pricing feasibility and influencer cost estimates during proposal stages.

Process & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of negotiations, influencer pricing, and deal closures.
- Ensure contracts, deliverables, and commercials are clearly documented and aligned with campaign requirements.
- Track influencer payments and cost commitments in coordination with the finance team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, procurement, or creator partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem and creator economy.
- Ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Solid communication and relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic campaign management tools.
