Are you someone who loves talking to people, follows your favourite creators online, and gets excited about the influencer world? Then this internship is your chance to be a part of the creator economy from the inside. We are building a creator-led merchandise platform where influencers launch their official merch (T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc.). We are looking for a proactive intern who can identify, approach, and onboard quality influencers and manage their accounts post onboarding to ensure smooth merch launches.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
  • Influencer outreach & lead generation:
  • Identify relevant influencers across Instagram & YouTube
  • Research creator niche, engagement rate & audience quality
  • Send personalized DMs/emails pitching our merch partnership model
  • Schedule discovery calls
  • Pitching & deal closing:
  • Explain our revenue-sharing merchandise model
  • Handle objections confidently
  • Follow up consistently
  • Convert conversations into confirmed partnerships
  • Account management & tracking:
  • Assist in product launch coordination (design, drop dates, promotions)
  • Stay in touch with creators for support & maintain a relationship for long-term collaboration
  • Maintain a Google Sheet of leads & deal status and daily reporting of outreach, conversations & conversions
  • Track creator performance post-launch

About Company: Inspired By Dreams is a Delhi-NCR-based youth-led organization dedicated to empowering digital creators and changemakers. One of our key initiatives is the Inspired By Dreams Podcast, where we host conversations with changemakers, creators, and thought leaders to showcase their journeys and impact. Alongside this, we also run a creator merchandise vertical partnering with influencers to launch purpose-driven products that reflect their message and build stronger connections with their communities.
