Job Description:
Meru Land Private Limited, the company behind the brand CollabGlam, is urgently hiring an Influencer Marketing Executive (Influencer Outreach & Collaboration) to manage influencer partnerships and generate collaboration opportunities. The role involves reaching out to influencers, understanding their profile and audience, pitching collaboration opportunities, and onboarding them for campaigns and platform-based work on CollabGlam.com. The ideal candidate should be proactive in influencer outreach, relationship building, follow-ups, and collaboration closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily influencer outreach and lead generation
• Use Instagram, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms for influencer outreach
• Maintain regular follow-ups with influencers
• Coordinate with internal team for campaign execution
• Track influencer responses, status, and onboarding sheets daily

Requirements:

• Experience in Influencer Marketing / Outreach / Talent Management / Business Development
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Must know LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Must be organized and consistent with follow-ups

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Location: Vrindavan Office
