Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Influencer Marketing & Business Development Executive to manage influencer collaborations and develop brand partnerships for marketing campaigns. The role involves identifying influencers, reaching out to brands, managing collaborations, executing campaigns, and generating new business opportunities through influencer marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Research & Outreach
  • Identify and shortlist relevant influencers and content creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Reach out to influencers for brand collaborations and campaign partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent managers.

  • Business Development & Brand Outreach
  • Identify and connect with brands for influencer marketing collaborations.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to potential brand partners and clients.
  • Pitch influencer marketing solutions and campaign ideas to brands.
  • Generate new business opportunities and partnerships for the agency.

  • Campaign Management
  • Coordinate with influencers for content creation, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables.
  • Ensure influencers follow brand guidelines and campaign briefs.
  • Track campaign timelines and ensure timely execution of collaborations.

  • Influencer Negotiation & Coordination
  • Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and campaign terms with influencers.
  • Manage contracts, payments, and deliverable tracking.

  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor campaign performance including reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions.
  • Prepare campaign reports and performance insights for clients.

  • Client Coordination
  • Work closely with brands and the internal marketing team to understand campaign goals.
  • Assist in campaign planning and influencer strategy for clients.

  • Required Skills
  • Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Basic understanding of business development and brand partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and influencer relationships simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for campaign tracking.
  • Good relationship management and networking skills.

  • Eligibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
