Community and influencer marketing at Aminu isn’t just about campaigns — it’s about shaping culture, building trust, and amplifying the brand in ways that feel organic, human‑first, and memorable.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and partners for collaborations, product seeding, reviews, and campaigns.
• Run affiliate programs and track performance to make partnerships stronger and smarter.
• Collaborate with the B2B team for creator‑led activations and events.
• Secure and manage content rights from creator collaborations, ensuring content can be repurposed across channels.
• Support PR and brand campaigns to drive visibility and engagement.
• Keep the creator community engaged and aligned with Aminu’s voice and values.
• Track campaign performance, report insights, and use data to continuously improve results.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in PR, influencer marketing, or community building is a must.
• A flexible, non‑cookie‑cutter approach to influencer collaborations — you know one size doesn’t fit all.
• Strong understanding of creators, collaboration models, and social media trends.
• Experience with script writing/editing, detailed reporting, and data analysis.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and work across different teams.
• Detail‑oriented, yet adaptable to fast turnarounds.
• Available to join immediately.
