Role Overview The Industry Sales Lead will drive B2B enterprise sales in Gujarat, focusing on industrial customers (manufacturing, infra, processing plants). This is a penetration-driven role - requiring existing industry relationships and strong technical solution selling capabilities. Key Responsibilities 1. Enterprise Industrial Sales - Leverage existing connections in Gujarat industries - Identify high-value accounts and penetrate decision-making layers - Present IoT-enabled technical water management solutions 2. End-to-End Revenue Ownership - Manage full sales funnel: outreach - meeting - proposal - negotiation - closure - Drive revenue targets independently - Build sticky, multi-year enterprise accounts 3. Relationship Management - Develop trust with plant heads, EHS heads, operations teams, and CXOs - Build repeat business and expansion within accounts 4. Market Intelligence - Monitor regulatory landscape and compliance needs - Identify white-space opportunities within industrial clusters Required Qualifications & Skills Must Haves: - 8-12 years of industrial B2B sales experience - Strong existing network in Gujarat industries - Technical solution selling background (automation/IoT/infra preferred) - Gujarati language proficiency - Settled in Gujarat (local presence essential) - Stable employment history (4-5 year tenures preferred) - Willingness to travel across Gujarat Preferred: - Exposure to climate-tech, wastewater, or compliance-heavy sectors - Experience in enterprise deal structuring
