Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for an Industrial Salesman specializing in plastic goods. The position is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting and selling plastic goods, identifying customer needs, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties involve conducting product demonstrations, creating sales strategies, and assisting clients through the purchasing process. This role requires strong sales acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Training, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Communication abilities
• Clear and persuasive Communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and peers
• Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Capability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
