We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer – Textile & Apparel to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost across our job worker–based garment manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for setting SMVs, improving line efficiency, monitoring production performance at job worker units, and supporting on-time and quality-driven production.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct time and motion studies for men’s apparel (especially bottom wear).
- Set and validate SMVs for all operations and styles.
- Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and manpower utilization at job worker units.
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks, losses, and improvement areas.
- Support job workers in line balancing and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Quality teams for smooth execution.
- Implement cost-saving and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Prepare daily/weekly efficiency and performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to production targets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Train job worker supervisors on standardized production methods.
- Assist in capacity planning and order feasibility analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Engineering / Apparel Production / Industrial Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in garment manufacturing (job worker setup preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SMV calculation, IE tools, and garment processes.
- Experience in men’s wear, preferably bottom wear.
- Positive analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel to job worker factories.
- Proficient in MS Excel and production reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
