Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary solution sales. Someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and represents Gilat with confidence.

What You Will Do
  • Lead sales activities across India and the broader South Asia, meeting booking, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Drive new business development, identifying and creating opportunities with strategic customers and partners.
  • Build and execute Account Plans for Government, Defense, Telecom operators, and system integrators.
  • Manage end‑to‑end complex sales cycles, including solution design, business modeling, and negotiations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders: Marketing, R&D, Customer Support, Finance, Legal, and global HQ.
  • Coordinate solution‑selling processes involving multiple third‑party partners and integrators, while maintaining long‑term customer relationships and repeat business.

  • Requirements
  • 8–15 years of experience in Telecom/System Integration sales (project or solution‑based).
  • Minimum 5 years working with Government/Defense customers in India.
  • Proven record of selling and closing large, multi‑million‑dollar, complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
  • Technical understanding of telecom ecosystems, SATCOM is an advantage.
  • Ability to work across all organizational levels, from technical teams to C‑level executives.
  • Full fluency in English
