What You'll Do

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Leader to drive operational excellence across project economics and invoicing, while supporting analytics, MIS, and dashboarding initiatives. Reporting to the Finance Manager – Project Economics & Analytics, this role will act as a trusted business partner to case leadership, ensuring strong financial governance, and high-quality commercial insights.
Job Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities

Project Controllership & Case Economics
1.Serve as a trusted advisor to case leadership on all aspects of case commercials.
2.Proactively track unbilled WIP and manage exposure risks incl VBP and highlight risks through structured review mechanisms.
3.Ensure strong revenue discipline and predictability across managed cases.
4.Own end-to-end case economics, ensuring actual costs remain within approved budgets with zero overruns and no staffing leakages.

MIS, Analytics & Dashboards
1.Work independently to develop structured insights that support decision-making.
2.Support the build and enhancement of PA MIS reports, dashboards, and management reporting.
3.Contribute to analytics initiatives by identifying trends in key finance metrics
4.Drive data accuracy and reporting improvements through automation and process standardization.

Stakeholder Management
1.Act as the single point of contact for case leadership on budgets, billing, and commercial queries.
2.Provide budget simulations and financial guidance during staffing discussions, enabling informed decision-making.
3.Communicate commercial risks and insights proactively to case and finance leadership.
4.Lead ad-hoc requests including audits, leadership queries, and MIS requirements.

Process and automation Initiatives
1.Support the rollout of commercial finance initiatives led by the Manager.
2.Drive automation efforts to improve reporting efficiency and project financial visibility.
3.Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen controls, reduce manual effort, and enhance data reliability.

What You'll Bring

1.MBA graduate with 8-10 years of relevant experience or CA with 7-8 years of relevant experience.
2.Ability to independently manage case commercials end-to-end.
3.Analytical mindset with experience in MIS build, dashboards, and financial reporting.
4.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
5.High attention to detail with proactive problem-solving capabilities.
