What You'll Do

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Leader to drive operational excellence across project economics and invoicing, while supporting analytics, MIS, and dashboarding initiatives. Reporting to the Finance Manager - Project Economics & Analytics, this role will act as a trusted business partner to case leadership, ensuring strong financial governance, and high-quality commercial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Project Controllership & Case Economics
1.Serve as a trusted advisor to case leadership on all aspects of case commercials.
2.Proactively track unbilled WIP and manage exposure risks incl VBP and highlight risks through structured review mechanisms.
3.Ensure strong revenue discipline and predictability across managed cases.
4.Own end-to-end case economics, ensuring actual costs remain within approved budgets with zero overruns and no staffing leakages.

MIS, Analytics & Dashboards
1.Work independently to develop structured insights that support decision-making.
