Job Overview

Singla Global Freight LLP is seeking independent Sales Agents to identify and develop buyers in the Maldives and Sri Lanka for our textile and home furnishing products.

The role focuses on building relationships with importers, wholesalers, retailers, hospitality suppliers, hotels, and resorts that purchase textile products in bulk.

This is a commission-based role with a long-term agreement, allowing agents to earn commissions on orders generated through the buyers they introduce.

Products to Promote

Agents will source buyers for the following products:

Bath Towels (300–900 GSM)

Bedsheet Sets

Comforter Sets

Terry Bath Mats

These products are ideal for hotels, resorts, distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains.

Commission Eligibility

The commission threshold begins once the total quantity of confirmed orders sourced by the agent reaches 1,000 pieces.

The 1,000-piece quantity can come from one buyer or multiple buyers introduced by the agent.

After this threshold is reached, the agent will receive commission on qualifying orders generated through their buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential buyers in the Maldives and Sri Lanka.

Target importers, wholesalers, retailers, hospitality suppliers, hotels, and resorts.

Generate and develop long-term buyer relationships.

Promote Singla Global Freight LLP’s textile product offerings.

Coordinate with the company for quotations, pricing, and order processing.

Facilitate communication between buyers and the company until the order is finalised.

Continuously expand the company’s buyer network in the target markets.

Compensation

Performance-based commission structure

Commission becomes applicable after the agent reaches the 1,000-piece total order threshold

Agents will continue to receive commission on orders placed by buyers they introduced for the duration of the agreement

Unlimited earning potential

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sales, textiles, hospitality supply, import/export, or international trade is preferred.

Existing business network in the Maldives or Sri Lanka is highly valuable.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Self-motivated individuals comfortable working independently.
