Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to administer the planning, prioritization, and scheduling of artwork for Lowe’s Private Brand packaging. The Sr. Analyst, Project Management, is responsible for implementing the project lifecycle and timely execution of business areas such as Home Décor, Seasonal/Hardlines and Building Materials encompassing 400+ product groups.

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of packaging programs that support brand and product messaging while providing an optimal customer experience that increases brand engagement and drives sales. The Sr. Analyst must have the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate status updates consistently with the leadership team and cross functional stakeholders in support of high-demand volume in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be responsible for managing project teams, budgets, and timelines, as well as ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope. Your extensive experience and strategic thinking will play a critical role in achieving organizational goals and driving project excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:
  • All members of the Project Management team are responsible for upholding the established brand standards across assigned product categories and within direction and requirements as provided by the US category management teams.
  • Understands the private brands product categories and with direction from Senior/Lead Project Managers, implements execution plans across multiple packaging types, sizes, and their associated timelines.
  • Executes on daily packaging projects; works closely with Category Management, Photography Producers, Production Team, and Global Product Vendors to ensure all projects are executed accurately and on-time.

  • Project Planning and Strategy:
  • Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget estimates.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve project goals and align with organizational objectives.

  • Budget and Resource Management:
  • Establish and manage project budgets, monitoring and controlling project expenses.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize team efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

  • Project Execution Excellence:
  • Oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring they align with project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Implement robust project quality control measures to meet the highest standards.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks and issues.

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
  • Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executive leadership.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and presentations to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Effectively manage and resolve conflicts or concerns among stakeholders.

  • Change Management and Adaptability:
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, assessing their impact and communicating changes to relevant parties.
  • Adapt to evolving project requirements and emerging challenges, adjusting project strategies as needed.

  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Generate and distribute regular, detailed project progress reports to stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Share lessons learned and insights with the project management team to drive continuous improvement.

  • Years of Experience

    4-8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

    PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

    Education Qualification & Certifications

    Required Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
