About the RoleWe are a growing India-based telecalling company working exclusively withUS-based businesses. Currently, we are hiringexperienced Inbound Telecallersfor our client, a reputedrenovation and restoration company based in Detroit, Michigan (USA). As an Inbound Telecaller, you will be thefirst point of contactfor customers calling regarding emergency restoration services such as water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and renovation inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Handleinbound calls from US customersprofessionally and confidently Understand customer issues related tohome renovation, restoration, or emergency services Accurately capture customer details and service requirements Provide clear information, reassurance, and basic guidance to callers Schedule service appointments and route calls to appropriate departments Maintain high standards ofcall quality, clarity, and professionalism Follow US customer service etiquette and compliance standards Update call logs and customer information accurately in CRM systems Meet daily performance, quality, and customer satisfaction benchmarks Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Excellent English communication skills(spoken & comprehension) Neutral or US-friendly accent preferred Minimum2 years of experienceininternational voice process Prior experience handlingUS inbound calls Strong listening skills and ability to handle distressed or emergency calls calmly Comfortable workingnight shifts (US time zones) Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call management systems Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience inhome services, renovation, insurance, restoration, or emergency services Understanding of US customer behavior and service expectations Ability to upsell or cross-sell services when appropriate Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude What We OfferCompetitive salary between40,000 60,000(based on experience and performance) Stable long-term role with areputed US client Professio
