As an Inbound Digital Sales Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing inbound customer inquiries through email and chat channels. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming sales emails, understanding customer needs, providing product information, guiding customers through the purchasing process, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets. You will need to be proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer approximately 50-80 incoming sales emails per day from individual consumers promptly and professionally.
- Read customer inquiries, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and promotional offers.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including order placement, payment processing, and upselling or cross-selling products.
- Address customer objections and concerns regarding pricing, delivery expectations, etc., in a proactive and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with product suppliers to gather detailed information beyond what is available on the website.
- Enhance the customer experience through in-depth product knowledge.
- Collaborate with sales team members and management to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Actively take on board feedback from coaching sessions to follow structured sales processes and email flow.
- Maintain focus and professionalism throughout the shift.
- Actively participate in team activities and embrace collaborative culture.

Qualifications Required:
- At least 6 months of upselling sales experience (preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment).
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with technology and able to maintain high levels of problem-solving capability.

Please note the work location for this role is Candor Tech Space, Noida Sector 135 (Delhi NCR), and candidates should be open to working from the office and comfortable with night shifts.

In terms of perks and benefits, the salary ranges from 2.95 to 3.43 LPA, with both side cab facilities, medical insurance, and life insurance provided.
