Job Overview

WebDukes is looking for a confident and customer-focused Inbound Telecaller to handle incoming inquiries from potential clients interested in our website design and digital services. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing basic information about our services, and directing qualified leads to the sales or technical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential customers.
  • Provide clear information about WebDukes services such as website design, development, and digital solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and record lead details in the CRM or system.
  • Schedule calls or meetings for the sales team with interested clients.
  • Respond to basic questions related to pricing, services, and process.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Follow up with leads when required.

  • Requirements
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Basic understanding of websites or digital services is a plus.
  • Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM, email, etc.).
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
