&##Experience: 2+ Years (Sales / Call Center / Customer Success / Retention)
&##Budget: Up to 5 LPA + ESOPs + Performance Incentives
&##Reach out to inactive or dormant app users via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or other channels
Encourage users to reactivate their accounts and start shopping on the app again
Work closely with the product and growth teams to improve the user experience
Solid communication and persuasion skills (Hindi + basic English preferred)
Experience in sales, telesales, call center, or customer success roles
Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building abilities
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
