Role Overview:
As a Specialist in Tax Regulatory at PwC, you will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting tax regulations and legislation. Your role will involve providing advice and guidance to clients on the impact of regulatory changes, ensuring businesses stay compliant with tax laws, and adjusting their tax strategies accordingly. You will play a crucial part in helping businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Legal & Statutory Compliances with respect to laws such as Labour Laws, Environment health & safety laws, Taxation laws, local & municipal laws, corporate laws, etc.
- Analyze and interpret the provisions of the abovementioned laws and provide insights
- Lead and deliver Compliance-related projects for various clients with a team of associates and senior associates
- Manage and supervise the work of associates and senior associates, taking accountability for project delivery
- Ensure project timelines are met and manage project economies effectively
- Engage in discussions with senior stakeholders at clients and develop an understanding of their business operations
- Possess strong project management skills and prepare periodic MIS reports
- Conduct/lead onsite compliance reviews and utilize compliance tools effectively
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance domain and related processes in Consulting or Industry
- Experience in Internal Audits, Internal Controls, Process Reviews, or Procedures Development is beneficial
- Familiarity with Technology tools and systems related to Regulatory Compliance
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounts, Graduates in Law, and/or Company Secretaryship
