Heart It Out is a mental health and well-being initiative that is committed to making mental healthcare accessible to 1.5 billion people across India. Our therapeutic services, products, and events are carefully curated to cater to the community's mental health care needs.

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can confidently represent Heart It Out across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a warm and engaging on-camera presence, and the ability to simplify mental health concepts in a relatable and responsible way. We’re looking for someone creative, emotionally intelligent, consistent, and aligned with our values, someone who understands the sensitivity of mental health conversations while also knowing how to make content informative, engaging, and platform-relevant. Basic knowledge of trends, storytelling, community engagement, and ethical content practices will be essential. Undergraduate degree

Must be located in Bangalore

Previous experience as a content creator, influencer, or social media personality

Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Knowledge of video editing software and photography techniques.

Jovial, extrovert and basic idea about mental health

Develop and produce high-quality, original content for various digital platforms

Conceptualize and execute social experiments and challenges

Display confidence and charisma on camera while delivering compelling narratives

Stay updated on the latest trends, topics, and conversations related to mental health, wellness, and social media culture

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics

This program is offered as a full-time position
