As an In-House Photographer at Iron Man Lifestyle, you will be using your photography skills to capture powerful, confident, and aesthetic images of clients undergoing transformation journeys. Your responsibilities will include clicking high-quality fashion-style and candid shots, editing them professionally, and enhancing IML's visual presence. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO, Kshitij Sehrawat, in our New Delhi office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clicking powerful fashion-style portraits
- Capturing natural candid shots during coaching sessions and events
- Providing basic fashion consulting during shoots
- Guiding clients on posture, body language, and presentation
- Editing and color grading images for a premium aesthetic finish
- Managing and organizing digital photography assets
- Maintaining photography equipment and lighting setups
- Staying updated with fashion and personal branding trends

Qualifications Required:
- 13 years of professional photography experience, preferably in fashion photography
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
- Strong command over Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Proven ability to take high-quality fashion-style and candid lifestyle shots
- Ability to guide clients during shoots (posture, expressions, presentation)
- Basic fashion consulting skills (outfit suggestions, styling alignment, grooming awareness)
- Strong portfolio showcasing aesthetic, high-quality work
- Additional experience with influencers, personal brands, or content creators is a plus
- Proven track record of delivering quality work on time
