As an In-House Architect, your role will involve planning, designing, and overseeing architectural aspects of real estate development projects. You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and management to ensure projects are efficiently designed, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the companys development vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Prepare concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
- Review consultant drawings and ensure design integration.
- Handle local authority approvals and documentation.
- Review shop drawings and construction drawings.
- Maintain high architectural quality standards.
- Prepare architectural presentations, reports, and design documentation.
- Support tender documentation and BOQ coordination.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / Revit / BIM, 3D visualization tools, building materials, and construction techniques.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design.
- Experience in real estate developer companies preferred.
- Strong design and creativity skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
