Import - Customer Service are required in Freight Forwarding Company at Fort, Mumbai

Position :- Import - Customer Service

Experience Required: 1-5 Years

Sectors: Air / Sea

Background: Logistics Only

Male Female Preference: Any

Location: Fort, Mumbai.

Role Objective:

Manage end-to-end import customer coordination, documentation, and operational follow-ups, ensuring smooth cargo movement, timely updates, and compliance with shipping and customs procedures.

Key Responsibilities:-
  • Act as the primary point of contact for import customers and provide timely shipment updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, shipping lines, airlines, CFS, ports, and overseas agents.
  • Handle import documentation, Delivery Orders, and payment coordination to carriers.
  • Monitor container movement across locations and track cargo timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare Daily Status Reports (DSR), and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Resolve customer queries and proactively manage delays or issues.

Working Days & Timing : Monday to Friday | 9.30am to 6.30pm (Saturday 9.30am to 2.00pm & 2nd Saturday Off )
