The Role

As an Immigration Coordinator, you will help prepare immigration filings, coordinate documentation, and support attorneys in delivering high-quality immigration services.

You will learn immigration procedures across multiple visa categories and play an important role in ensuring cases are prepared accurately and efficiently.

You will also gain exposure to AI-enabled workflows that transform how immigration work is done, allowing you to operate at a higher level than traditional immigration roles.

This role requires precision, discipline, and the ability to learn quickly.

What You Will Work On

• You will work closely with attorneys and team members to:
• Prepare documentation for visa and immigration filings
• Assist with case preparation and document organization
• Communicate with clients regarding immigration requirements

You will also interact with professionals across multiple offices and gain exposure to real immigration matters handled by a global practice.
