Job Description

We’re on the lookout for dynamic, open-minded, and innovative industry experts in Finance to work within our Unified Support organization Unit.

Being an expert in the relevant business domain with a thorough knowledge of industry best practices, you will be in the front line providing global support services to IFS Customers worldwide. Your exposure will be in the industries, Aerospace & Defense, Energy, Utilities & Resources, Engineering, Constructions & Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Services.

Responsibilities:

• Fast pickup/recognition of issues by quickly and efficiently reacting to Issues/Escalations within SLA and KPI targets.
• React to multiple issues by quickly and efficiently triaging, then resolving or escalating issues as needed.
• Follow knowledge articles, FAQs, SOPs from IFS documentation library and sound and established engineering/architectural practices and principles to resolve issues.
• Achieve customer satisfaction by delivering timely, appropriate, concise, accurate and consistent information about various Issues/Escalations to the customer via the right channels as One IFS
• Proactively share information with different stakeholders (customer, IFS management, etc.) based on the urgency and severity of different situations.

Requirements

Qualifications

• ACCA Qualified.
• 3+ years’ hands-on experience working in a Finance Business Applications related industry along with thorough knowledge of working with different Business Applications.
• The ability to efficiently engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders while contributing to activities related to product/solution management.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills along with the ability to apply expertise & technology to achieve work objectives.
• The potential to work in a distributed global team set up on NA roster-based work time, is an expectation.
• Basic technical knowledge in SQL, Java, C#, Cloud, DevOps technologies is an added advantage.

Mandatory Skills

. Ability to work in EU Shift (12 PM to 9 PM IST).
