Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Spoken English/IELTS Educator who can help students achieve their target band scores through structured guidance, real-time feedback, and interactive learning methods.

If you love teaching English, correcting speaking & writing mistakes, and shaping global careers — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live 1-on-1 or group sessions in Spoken English and/or IELTS preparation
• Deliver interactive, outcome-focused classes — student speaking time should exceed yours
• Commit to declared weekly availability slots and show up consistently
• Maintain high session quality, ratings, and student satisfaction
• Guide students from ₹99 trial sessions through to monthly plan conversions

What We’re Looking For -

Must Have

• Strong command of English — spoken and written
• Prior teaching or coaching experience (online or offline)
• Reliable internet, laptop/smartphone with camera, and a quiet environment
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 hours/day, 5 days/week

Good to Have

• IELTS Band 7.5+ or official IELTS/TEFL/CELTA certification
• Experience with Gulf, UK, or international student base
• Existing student reviews or a teaching portfolio
