Role Overview

We are looking for a SCM Finance Lead to partner closely with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to drive financial planning, cost optimization, and performance tracking across procurement, inventory, and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive financial planning and cost management.
• Monitor procurement, logistics, and inventory costs to ensure cost efficiency and margin improvement.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for supply chain operations.
• Track and analyze inventory metrics, working capital, and cost drivers across the supply chain.
• Develop MIS reports and dashboards to provide insights on supply chain performance and cost trends.
• Support cost optimization initiatives, process improvements, and automation across SCM functions.
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance within supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches, pricing analysis, and supply chain strategy.

Preferred Candidate

• CA / MBA (Finance) with 5-8 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A / SCM Finance.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or E-commerce industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain economics, inventory management, and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle or similar).
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
