Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an ICU Medical Officer based in the Kutch district. The ICU Medical Officer will oversee patient care in the critical care unit, including medical assessments, treatment administration, and coordination with physicians. The role involves ensuring that patients receive high-quality and timely care, assisting with procedures as necessary, and providing guidance to junior medical staff or trainees.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Treatment protocols for critically ill patients
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional Patient Care and communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Experience in Training junior staff or trainees to improve knowledge and performance in critical care
• Proficiency in Surgery and supporting emergency medical procedures
• Capability in Working with Physicians in a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking skills
• MBBS or equivalent qualification (specialization in critical care medicine is an advantage)
• Current medical licensure to practice in the Kutch district or eligibility to obtain such licensure
