Position Overview:

Join us at the ground level as we launch our new premium ice cream parlour! We are seeking reliable and energetic team members to be part of our founding team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in all aspects of daily operations, from opening to closing. You'll work directly with our premium ice creams, engage with customers, and help establish the high standards that will set us apart. This is a unique opportunity to shape our store culture and grow with a new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve ice cream using traditional scooping techniques
• Operate cold stone equipment to create custom ice cream creations
• Add toppings, mix-ins, and finishing touches to customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, equipment, and serving stations
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Assist with opening procedures including equipment setup, inventory checks, and prep work
• Support closing procedures including cleaning, restocking, and securing the store
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service and answer questions about products
• Handle cash register transactions accurately
• Maintain proper storage and temperature of ice cream products
• Monitor and replenish supplies throughout shifts
• Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality standards
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
• Assist with receiving and organizing inventory deliveries

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good communication skills in Telugu, English and Hindi
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Basic math skills for handling transactions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous food service or retail experience
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of local area and customer preferences

Schedule:

• Start Date: Immediate / Opening Soon
• Availability for opening shifts, closing shifts, or both
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Training will begin before store opening
