IB Early Years Homeroom Teacher / Pre‑Primary Teacher — On‑site (Jaipur)

Role & Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver inquiry‑led, play‑based lessons aligned to the IB Early Years Programme (EYP) learning outcomes and school scope & sequence.
  • Create and maintain individual learning profiles using systematic observations and formative assessment to drive differentiated instruction.
  • Design hands‑on literacy (phonics, emergent literacy) and numeracy activities that build foundational skills and student agency.
  • Establish classroom routines and positive behaviour management practices to ensure a safe, inclusive and developmentally appropriate learning environment; adhere to safeguarding policies.
  • Engage families through regular communication, progress reports and parent‑teacher interactions to strengthen home‑school partnerships.
  • Collaborate with coordinators and specialist staff on curriculum mapping, assessment records, transition planning and school events.
