IAM & CIAM Specialist – Part-Time Freelance (Remote Job Support)

Job Type: Part-Time | Freelance | Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 2 Hours per Day

We are looking for an experienced IAM & CIAM Specialist to provide job support on a remote, part-time basis.

Technical Skills Required:

IAM (Identity & Access Management):

• LDAP
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)

CIAM (Customer Identity & Access Management):

• Ping Identity
• Service-to-Service Authentication
• Secrets Management

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and job support
• Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Support implementation and configuration tasks
• Ensure best practices in identity and access security

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in IAM & CIAM tools
• Good communication skills
• Ability to provide consistent support on weekdays
• Prior job support experience is an added advantage
