Job Title: HVAC Sales EngineerJob Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled HVAC Sales Engineer to drive sales growth by identifying client needs, offering customized HVAC solutions, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with sales expertise to promote HVAC systems, cleanroom solutions, and air technology products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC and cleanroom segments
• Meet architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and BOQs
• Design basic HVAC solutions (load estimation, system selection, etc.)
• Coordinate with the design and project teams for execution support
• Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closing sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV, Cleanroom systems)
• Understanding of heat load calculations and system design basics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in HVAC sales / projects / cleanroom industry

Preferred Experience

• Experience in cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or industrial HVAC projects
• Exposure to turnkey HVAC Cleanroom projects
