Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC GI Ducting Engineer and Supervisor, located in Bhopal. The role involves designing, fabricating, and supervising the installation of GI ducting systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing ductwork installation, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, coordinating with clients and team members, conducting quality checks, preparing reports, and troubleshooting issues during and after installation. The candidate will also manage resources and time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HVAC systems with hands-on experience in GI ducting design, fabrication, and installation
• Strong supervisory skills and experience managing on-site teams
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to HVAC and ducting systems
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently
• Project management, organizational, and time management abilities to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• An engineering degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Good communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Prior experience in HVAC project execution and knowledge of environmental and energy efficiency practices is a plus
