What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment (min. 6 months – 8 months)
- knowledge of job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn
- Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
- Comfortable working on target-based hiring
- Must be an immediate joiner

- Source & screen candidates
- Schedule interviews and ensure closures
- Work under timelines and meet recruitment goals
