Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Human Resources Specialist. The HR Specialist will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, resolving personnel issues, and supporting overall HR management initiatives to ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
• Experience with HR Management and HR Policies development
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits programs and administration
• Proficiency in Personnel Management and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are an advantage
