Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies in line with business goals. Analyze workforce trends and develop plans to meet future talent needs.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build strong employer branding and talent pipelines.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and performance issues. Conduct investigations and ensure fair resolution.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage salary structures, compensation plans, and benefits programs. Conduct salary surveys and ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and deliver training sessions. Oversee employee development initiatives and career progression.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage HR documentation and records.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR systems, processes, and data. Oversee payroll, time and attendance, and HRIS administration.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives and communicate effectively with employees.
