Role & Responsibility

1. Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring needs
2. Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
3. Plan and conduct recruitment & selection process (interviewing, screening calls etc)
4. Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, job requirement for vacant position
5. Sourcing potential candidate's from various platforms
6. Managing hiring process via electronic applicant tracking system
7. Documenting process and fostering good relationship with potential candidates & past applicants for upcoming profiles.
8. Handling multiples positions for different projects.

Requirements
  • Education Qualification (Mandatory) - MBA (HR)
  • Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory) At least 1+ year of experience in recruitment consultancy
  • Excellent written and Communication skills, Presentation skills. People managing skills, team handling.
  • Attributes Mature, confident, able to take stress, work in adverse situations,, Team Player
  • Analytical mind with problem solving attitude
  • Strong motivation to work in the social sector
  • To be ready to perform any activity (multi-tasking) once necessary training / inputs provided for the same

    Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
