We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to hire suitable candidates as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage job postings and maintain recruitment records
• Follow up with candidates and support the hiring process

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruitment or HR (preferred)
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)

Masters Degree in human resources, business administration (Fresher, 0 to 2 year Experience), BBA, MBA, Other Relevant Qualifications
