Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
  • Research HR best practices and industry trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

  • Requirements:

    This role is ideal for individuals pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
