    Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, organized and responsible Admin / Back Office Executive cum HR who can manage the day-to-day office administration, HR coordination, and back-office operations at our Jaipur office.
    The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, good with documentation, communication, employee coordination, and administrative processes.
    Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Handle office documentation, filing and records management
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers and office suppliers
  • Maintain office inventory and equipment
  • Manage courier, dispatch and communication records
  • Ensure smooth office workflow and coordination between departments
  • HR Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment process (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support employee onboarding and joining formalities
  • Manage attendance, leave records and employee data
  • Coordinate with management for HR policies and compliance
  • Maintain HR reports and employee databases
  • Back Office Operations
  • Manage CRM data entry and record updates
  • Support the sales team with documentation and coordination
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and internal reports
  • Handle basic client communication and coordination when required
  • Maintain MIS reports and data tracking
  • Ensure proper documentation of business transactions
  • Required Skills
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Good coordination and follow-up ability
  • Basic understanding of HR processes is preferred
  • Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Female candidates preferred (for office coordination role)
  • Graduate in BBA / B.Com / MBA HR / Any Graduate
  • 1–4 years experience in Admin / HR / Back Office role
  • Experience in IT, telecom, digital services or corporate office environment is a plus
  • Salary₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
